This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Participant" or "you") and the Market Research Panel (the "Panel" or "we") for your participation in the Panel's market research activities.

1. Eligibility By registering as a Participant, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you meet all eligibility requirements for participation in the Panel's market research activities.
2. Confidentiality As a Participant, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any and all information provided to you by the Panel, including but not limited to, all research findings, methodologies, and questionnaires.
3. Compensation The Panel will compensate Participants for their participation in market research activities in accordance with the terms specified in each research The Panel reserves the right to modify compensation rates at any time without notice.
4. Termination The Panel reserves the right to terminate a Participant's membership and participation in market research activities at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
5. Data Protection By registering as a Participant, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information in accordance with the Panel's privacy The Panel will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
6. Ownership All intellectual property rights related to the Panel's market research activities, including but not limited to, questionnaires, methodologies, and research findings, are the exclusive property of the Panel.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Panel is located. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By registering as a Participant and participating in the Panel's market research activities, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the Panel's market research activities.
